Tamoe 1:(must get into life-death situation)allows person to see to speeds barly
Tamoe 2:(must be chunin)Can copy low rank jutsus if sees handsigns,see moderate speed
Tamoe 3:(must be jounin)Can copy higher rank jutsus if sees handsigns,sees faster speeds
Mangekyo sharingan:(must have all 3 tamoes and must kill your best friend)Can see major speeds,and can use any jutsu you see from your life if u saw the handsigns
